Data we process
Account/email and Firebase identifiers; clothing names, categories, colours, styles, seasons, brands, barcode values, clothing photos, reference URLs, saved outfits, outfit history, invoice photos and extracted purchase metadata. Guest wardrobe data may remain locally on the device.
Use and providers
We use data for authentication, wardrobe sync, outfit suggestions, image/invoice/barcode analysis, public product lookup, premium features, security and support. Firebase/Google Cloud provides authentication, Firestore, storage and functions. OpenAI may classify clothing or catalogue invoice items through Firebase Functions. Open Products Facts and public sources may be queried when requested. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Permissions, deletion and rights
Camera and photo-library access are used for clothing photos, codes and invoice images. The app does not currently request microphone, contacts, precise location, health, SMS, call-log or broad storage access. Guest data is removed by clearing local data or uninstalling. Account users can use Profile → Data Management → Delete SmartCloset Data Only; this does not delete the shared Vaulto account. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by email. Retention may apply for legal, security, fraud, payment or dispute reasons.
