What we collect
Account email and authentication data, device and platform information, subscription status, and challenge activity such as answers, results, progress and rewards. Clinical images in the educational content are anonymised. The app does not ask users to submit patient health data.
How we use it
We use data to authenticate users, provide subscriptions and challenges, calculate progress and rewards, secure the service and provide support. Challenge statistics are private unless the user voluntarily enables sharing.
Sharing and providers
Firebase/Google provides authentication, database and hosting services. Expo may provide app update services. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion by contacting icuacademy@chrometis.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while the account is active; deletion requests are handled according to the retention periods and legal exceptions described in the app policy. We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls and server-side validation.
